NDIS Short Notice Cancellations

Where a provider has a Short Notice Cancellation (or no show) they are able to claim 100% of the agreed fee associated with the activity from the participant’s plan, subject to this Price Guide and the terms of the service agreement with the participant.

A cancellation is a Short Notice Cancellation if the participant:

• does not show up for a scheduled support within a reasonable time, or is not present at the agreed place and within a reasonable time when the provider is travelling to deliver the support; or
• has given less than two (2) clear business days’ notice

CrocStars will provide make-up lessons for participants who provide more than two (2) clear business days’ notice.

• Make-Up lessons are subject to availability
• Make-Up lessons are valid during the current term of the missed lesson
• Make-Up lessons WILL NOT be given for missed Make-Up lessons
• Make-Up lessons can be used to extend the time of your child's current class time. For example, to make up a 30 minute missed lesson, we can extend your child's 30 minute lesson to 45 minutes for 2 weeks. However, this is subject to availability.
• Make-Up lessons are not redeemable for cash or credit
